	A 30% non-refundable deposit is due with the signing of an Equipment Lease to secure your order. A Mastercard or Visa is also required for security purposes. Balance is due upon delivery. Delivery charges may apply depending on location and amount of order. All rental items must be protected from theft and the elements, returned clean and undamaged. A replacement charge will be assessed for any items damaged or missing. All rentals are subject to MA 5% sales tax, unless a tax exempt certificate is presented. Licenses/permits required by cities/towns are the responsibility of the customer. Check with your local Building Department for specific requirements.
